krzychkalinowski Great album, perfect to listen to on my way to work. I like the development and the little easter eggs in each of the tracks, for examples the rhodes riff in "(9th Floor) I am waiting for some more releases! Favorite track: Memo + Recall (Bonus Track).

alexwawdejuk I am looking so much forward for this, your last track, James in Heaven is gorgeous but on this album I can hear some completely different vibrations. So far Magic English gets me 100% with the dirty sound and vocals that i can not understand at all. Favorite track: Magic English.

about

"Memo, The Beat Tape" through jazz and hip hop explores nostalgia and ability to recall childhood memories. EP investigates traditional convention of beat tapes and creates the coherence by moving elements from one track to another as an illustration of memories which are blending together into one picture. Samples complimented by live instruments recorded by Moo Latte, create a room and a private space which invites everyone for a journey to the previous millennium. "Memo, The Beat Tape" confronts Moo Latte's african temper with the scandinavian mindset, jazz sounds of keys, bass and guitar with soul and folk samples and hip hop groove. It is an immersive blend of hazy structures and defined beat where soulful instrumental compositions smoothly float into each other and reflect over easiness of being a child.
